(More customer reviews)I am a loyal Amazon customer, but the way the ordering of these sandals was handled is disappointing. I processed my order and it went through, so I assumed they were in stock. Boy, was I wrong! About a week later I got a postcard in the mail saying "sorry to disappoint you, but these shoes are out of stock." Why wasn't I alerted about this when I placed the order? If they are not available in my size then that size should be removed. It's frustrating to think the shoes are on the way, only to be told that they are not in stock and probably will not ever be.
In the end, I went to another site and ordered the shoes for 5 dollars cheaper and free shipping & handling. The sandals are very flattering, and I'm glad they are, considering the trouble I went through purchasing them.
