(More customer reviews)I owned this comfortable boot and wore it til it started falling apart because I loved it so much. I was thrilled to find it was being offered again and when I got it--it was too tight. I took my old boot and compared it visually to the new boot. The manufacturer clipped or slimmed out the heel so now it is too tight. I was so upset. I even ordered two pairs and then had to return.
What happened IMPO? Bring back the original design. Oh--everything about this boot was the same down to the design tread accept for the tapered heel. My foot size has not changed either.
