(More customer reviews)i loved the look of these boots but when i got them i noticed that the heels have a hard plastic tip. The tip had no traction on it and as a result i slipped, fell and sprained my ankle...very badly. Otherwise comfortable but not practcal for anything other than walking on carpet. Any surface such as hardwood, concrete, or snow would be a disaster. You would think for $100 that the boots would have something more than a plastic tip!!!!
It's 3 weeks later and i am still in a walking cast. Buyer beware!
