There isn't a zipper and of course the leg part of these boots fits very snug to your leg, which makes it hard to pull up. The picture of these boots aren't the actual color. If you go to another website that has these boots you'll see the true color. The color of these boots is more of a marble brown (if that makes sense). The heel height is perfect.
