(More customer reviews)purchased rockport pump stretch size 11B on april 2nd 2010. shoe arrived next day. selected 2-day shipping :). i like the clean look of the cloth material. i wanted a different look to the classic black leather pump. low heel, not sure if comfortable enough to wear all day. the shoe has rubber bottom, which i like (no slipping and sliding on slick surfaces). the insole of the shoe isn't that comfortable. the cushion is around the arch. i would have preferred the cushion to be at the ball of the foot and heel because i have flat feet. the only reason i gave this shoe 4 instead of 5 stars is because the shoe rubs my achilles heel. i put a heel lift in the shoe. i prefer the fit much better with heel lift in shoe. oh a little tight on the top of shoe. but i don't see this as a problem once i break the shoe in.
