(More customer reviews)They are attractive enough, and the pairs I received appeared to be of good quality for the price. However, there must be an error in their size labeling! I normally take a 7.5 narrow, but have noticed in the last couple of years that shoe sizes seem to vary much more. So I ordered both the 7.5 narrow and the 8 narrow to be safe.
The 7.5 - couldn't get my foot into it! I managed to struggle into the 8N but it was so horribly short and narrow that I had to take the boot off immediately (though it was not a quick process). Per the other reviewer, yes, the top part is soft - doesn't stand up on its own. That wouldn't bother me if the shoes weren't so painful, but if you want ankle support, this boot would not offer it.
I'd skip these or if you do want to try them, order at least 1 full size up and a wider width than what you usually wear.
Too bad - they're cute!
