The boot has very long pointed toe which would have allowed me to get away with a 7 but like to order my boots a 1/2 size up in case the style runs s little small. I'm happy with these but have to admit don't love them as I have my other boot purchases, which may simply be they are a lot plainer than others bought. They are comfy though and don't squeeze my calves as other knee highs have done.
